What type of therapy is utilized?
Bryanna employs a comprehensive and evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of modalities to meet the unique needs of each child. Techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Behavioral Activation, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) may be utilized based on the specific goals and challenges identified. Bryanna takes a collaborative and personalized approach, often combining various evidence-based tools to tailor the therapy to the individual needs of each child. Bryanna is also in training to become a certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) provider.
What does a session look like?
Bryanna offers flexibility in session durations to accommodate the diverse needs of families. Sessions can be scheduled for 60 minutes, 45 minutes, or 30 minutes, allowing for customization based on the referral concern and attention span. The fee structure is designed to be accessible, with 60-minute sessions priced at $120, 45-minute sessions at $100, and 30-minute sessions at $80. This pricing model reflects Bryanna's commitment to providing quality care that is both effective and affordable for families seeking support for their children's behavioral and emotional well-being.

How long does therapy last?
The duration of therapy varies depending on the individual needs and progress of each child. Bryanna tailors the length of therapy to ensure that it is effective and beneficial for the child's specific circumstances. Some children may find success in a shorter-term, focused intervention, while others may benefit from longer-term support. Bryanna collaborates closely with families to determine the most suitable timeframe, regularly assessing progress and adjusting the therapy plan as needed.
What insurance plans are accepted?
Bryanna is committed to making therapy accessible to a wide range of families. She currently accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicaid plans, including Nebraska Total Care, United Healthcare Community Plan, and Molina (formerly HealthyBlue). For families with in-network insurance coverage, Bryanna will coordinate with the respective plans to facilitate a seamless and affordable therapy experience. It is ultimately the responsibility of the family to be informed about the specifics of their insurance coverage.
